Returns & Exchanges
We happily accept returns of unused items-they must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving the item. We are sorry but special orders are not returnable. Please contact us prior to returning an item with the reason for return so we can expect it and issue a credit. Send items back insured and in the original boxes in the original condition.

Shipping & Handling
All in-stock merchandise is shipped as soon as possible, within 24 hours or less,(except orders placed on Fridays or Saturdays).  Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery.  For items which are temporarily out-of-stock, please allow an additional 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.  Please let us know at the time you place your order if you are unable to await the arrival of an out-of-stock item.We ship all our packages via UPS - Ground. No post office boxes, please. Next day and 2nd day service available at an extra charge, just contact us for information. We use recycled shipping material whenever possible.

Wisconsin residents add 5.6% for sales tax.

Add $9.00 to shipping and handling up to 15 lbs. Certain items are excluded due to weight or size. Please contact us at 1-262-375-3466to determine if your item will require additional charges.


NOTE: The above rates apply if all items are shipped to one address. If we are shipping to two or more addresses, the above rates apply for each address.

Furniture and Large Item Orders

Due to the large size and weight of furniture shipments, most pieces are shipped by a freight company. You will be notified by mail 2-3 weeks before delivery, and the carrier will contact you by phone to set up an appointment Monday through Friday. These shipments are delivered through your doorway.
Because home furnishings, rugs, lamps and other large items are heavier and bulkier than most, shipping costs are higher.
